WALK UP BASEMENT STAIRS

A walk-up basement refers to any basement with an outside entrance that has basement Stairs. Flooding is sometimes a problem with walk-up basements, as seen in the picture below speed drains are used at the base allowing for water to flow with the basement waterproofing system.
