What is a Egress window? How can you benefit?
Egress window's serve as a basement escape window in case of a house fire or some other type of emergency situation where an evacuation of the home is necessary. Egress windows not only provide you with piece of mind, just in case the unthinkable happens, but it also serves to provide you with large amounts of natural light and last but not least provide more air then a standard basement windows. In the images below a well and pump was installed inside the basement window well to direct water back in to the waterproofing system.
